This role involves strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with production teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling multiple priorities while maintaining excellent follow-through and professionalism. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer calls, emails, and inquiries. Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions. Communicate precise customer requirements to production teams. Attach and organize supporting documents such as drawings, certifications, or specifications. Support purchasing with necessary order and account documentation. Provide assistance to coworkers and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of client coordination, customer service, or inside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical environment. Ability to read and interpret drawings, procedures, and safety or maintenance instructions. Strong math skills and familiarity with measuring tools or technical equipment. Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed and perform regular physical tasks. Preferences Experience using NetSuite or other CRM/ERP systems.
