Valet Parking Manager

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Valet Parking Manager to oversee daily valet operations and lead our valet team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage fast-paced operations, and a commitment to safety and exceptional customer service.

Salary: $50k-$60k + bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise valet attendants for restaurants, hotels and events.
• Manage daily parking operations, vehicle flow, and traffic control
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns or vehicle claim issues
• Monitor keys, tickets, radios, and valet equipment
• Perform vehicle inspections and oversee damage documentation procedures
• Coordinate staffing for busy events, peak hours, and peak seasons
• Communicate with hotel, restaurant, and venue management teams
• Track tips and attendance
• Conduct operational audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, safety standards, and vehicle documentation requirements
• Maintain organized parking areas and ensure staff maintain professional appearance standards
• Prepare operational, incident, staffing, and revenue reports
• Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures when necessary
• Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles during high-volume period

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous valet, hospitality, or parking management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
