Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. • Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces.
