Temporary Part-Time Receptionist

Our client, a reputable organization in the office support sector, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team. You will be part of the administrative support team, contributing to smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Receptionist Pay Range: Shift: 11:00AM - 4:00 or 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude Answering and forwarding phone calls professionally Assisting guests with electronic sign-in procedures Logging into and navigating a computer system Supporting general office operations to ensure efficiency What's Needed? Temporary, part-time position until the end of 2026 For holidays, office is closed Nov 27–28, Dec 24–25, Dec 31–Jan 1, but this individual will be expected to work all other dates around the holidays. Friendly, approachable personality with strong customer service skills Comfortable using computers and providing basic tech guidance Ability to pass a background check What's in it for me?
