Lead Commercial Counsel, SaaS & AI Deals

Tekion is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support its end-to-end commercial contracting function. You will negotiate complex agreements, partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and other teams to move deals forward while managing risk.

Requirements include 6–8 years of SaaS experience, enterprise contract experience, and US bar admission. The role emphasizes fast pace, collaboration, and leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency.
