Colorado IT Support Specialist

Providing technical support for the Child Care Automated Tracking System (CHATS) team, the contract Help Desk Support II will assist with end-user technical issues, manage incident tracking, and maintain documentation in a fully remote role based in Colorado. Key responsibilities Assist with internal and external end-user technical support and incident management Document, track, and monitor technical issues while ensuring correct priority and categorization Communicate known issues and resolutions to users, providing updates on incident status Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite Experience in using Salesforce CRM and Jira preferred Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time-sensitive projects
