You’ll spend your time connecting with prospects, preparing quotes, following up, and helping customers choose coverage that fits their needs. Our service team handles most ongoing customer service work, allowing you to focus on sales.

What You’ll Do

• Contact new prospects and respond promptly to assigned internet leads.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Prepare and explain insurance quotes.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and open quotes.
• Identify opportunities to bundle policies and expand existing customer relationships.
• Ask for referrals and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and next steps.
• Work toward established sales, activity, and bundling goals.
• Coordinate with the service team to provide a smooth customer handoff.

What You’ll Bring

• An active Arizona Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Life & Health licensing is preferred.
• Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the business.
• Strong listening, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfort with outbound calls, sales goals, and handling objections.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, apply feedback, and stay consistent through rejection.
• Comfort using computers, CRM software, and quoting systems.

Insurance sales experience is preferred. Licensed candidates with transferable sales experience are encouraged to apply.
