Marketing Manager

Progressive Dental is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of our corporate marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple business units through organic social media, paid search, paid social, email marketing, and event marketing. Working alongside our creative team, this individual will develop campaign strategies, manage day-to-day marketing execution, analyze performance, and ensure all initiatives support company growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong project management skills and is comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support corporate growth initiatives. Manage campaigns across paid search, paid social, organic social media, email marketing, and website channels. Build campaign plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting dashboards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new products, services, and initiatives. Ensure marketing efforts remain aligned with overall business goals and brand standards. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, marketing efficiency, and lead generation. Paid Media Management Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media campaigns. Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and return on investment. Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators including cost per lead, conversion rate, click-through rate, and return on ad spend. Organic Social Media Own Progressive Dental's corporate social media strategy. Build monthly content calendars across all social platforms. Coordinate with the Creative Team to produce engaging graphics, videos, and other visual assets. Monitor engagement, community interactions, and platform growth. Identify opportunities to expand reach and improve audience engagement. Email Marketing Assist in developing email marketing campaigns supporting lead generation, customer engagement, and event promotion. Build and schedule campaigns within Salesforce Segment audiences and support marketing automation initiatives. Analyze email performance and recommend improvements for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. SEO & Website Optimization Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to execute organic search strategies that increase website visibility, rankings, and qualified traffic. Manage website content updates while ensuring landing pages, blogs, and key marketing assets follow SEO best practices. Monitor organic search performance, website traffic, and search rankings, using data to continuously improve visibility and conversions. Event Marketing Partner with the Events Team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for conferences, boot camps, and other corporate events. Coordinate promotional timelines before, during, and after events. Assist with landing pages, email campaigns, social media promotion, paid advertising, and event collateral. Support post-event marketing efforts including content repurposing and attendee nurturing. Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance across all marketing channels. Prepare regular reports highlighting campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing ROI. Translate marketing data into actionable recommendations. Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve results. Qualifications 4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads Experience managing corporate social media accounts. Experience in Salesforce managing marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of campaign analytics and performance reporting. Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing conferences, educational programs, or live events. Experience in B2B marketing.
