A healthcare facility in Greenville, SC, is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week contract position within the inpatient setting. This role requires a licensed pharmacist with a strong background in hospital pharmacy operations and a focus on clinical care.

Location: Greenville, SC
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Pharmacy hours from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting
• Manage and monitor critical medications and drips
• Participate in quality assurance activities related to pharmacy operations
• Handle controlled substances in accordance with regulations and facility policies
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
• Complete 1-2 full days of training modules upon hire

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina pharmacy license required
• 1 to 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred; candidates with over 2 years in inpatient clinical pharmacy are strongly encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with managing critical care medications and controlled substances
• Experience with Epic electronic health records is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal training
