Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Greenville, SC, is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment. This role supports inpatient pharmacy services and requires strong clinical knowledge and acute care experience to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Location: Greenville, SC
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:

• Pharmacy hours from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm
• 8-hour shift daily
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services to inpatients, including management of critical medications and drips
• Handle quality assurance processes related to medication safety and compliance
• Manage controlled substances in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy
• Utilize electronic medical records, preferably Epic, to document and monitor patient care
• Complete required training modules (1-2 full days) before starting

Desired Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina pharmacist license
• 1-5 years of hospital inpatient pharmacy experience, with preference for candidates who have strong acute care skills due to limited training time on site
• Familiarity with critical care medications and intravenous drips
• Experience with quality assurance and controlled substances management
• Epic experience is a strong plus
