Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist specializing in clinical pharmacy within an inpatient hospital setting. This role requires expertise in managing medication therapy and ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for hospitalized patients.

Location: Easley, SC

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time hours, flexible shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific medication regimens.
• Monitor patient response to medications and adjust therapies as needed.
• Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in medication safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Experience in a hospital inpatient clinical pharmacy environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Prior experience in clinical pharmacy or hospital settings preferred.
