Responsibilities

About the role:
• Greets and welcomes all guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Prepares and pours all types of drinks for guests and servers upon request.
• Provides all guests property information on current events, promotions, and attractions.
• Processes all cash transactions by accepting money and making necessary change accurately and presents customer with bar receipt.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to departmental and company policies.

A few more things:
• Ability to constantly lift items up to 30 lbs.
• Ability push/pull bus carts weighing up to 90 lbs.
• Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Ability to grasp, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to hear and use visual inspection.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach and climb stairs.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate:
• 2 years front of house restaurant experience preferred.
• Literacy and fluency in English
• Excellent communication and interactive skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
• Role models Family-Style Service and holds Team Members accountable for delivering Family-Style Service.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
