We’re hiring an Executive Director to lead Escondido Education COMPACT — driving strategy, nonprofit operations , and community-based programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
Your Role:
- Shape and execute the organization’s strategic plan.
- Manage and grow a $2.7M+ budget with financial accountability.
- Oversee programs that support youth education and career readiness .
- Build strong relationships with schools, agencies, and local businesses.
- Ensure compliance with government grants and reporting requirements.
Your Background:
- 5+ years senior leadership in a nonprofit setting
- Strong skills in financial management , staff leadership , and fundraising
- Effective communicator and relationship-builder
