I opened my agency in 1987 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. My State Farm career began right out of college as a Claim Representative before I had the opportunity to become an agent. After nearly four decades in the industry, I continue to enjoy helping customers protect the people and things that matter most to them. Outside of the office, I enjoy fishing, traveling, and spending time with my wife and our two children. Family is a big part of my life, and that perspective shapes the way I approach both our customers and our team. As a Customer Service Representative with Kevin Mitchell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
