Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Contract Assignment: 6 months

Pay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour

Kelly Services is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support a busy Talent Acquisition team for a leading global manufacturing organization in Greensboro, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR or recruiting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a direct impact on the hiring process.

What You'll Do

As the HR Coordinator, you'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from requisition through onboarding.

Responsibilities Include

• Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting and hiring process
• Partner with recruiters to prioritize hiring needs
• Open, edit, and post approved job requisitions
• Coordinate interviews and arrange candidate travel when needed
• Initiate and track background checks and drug screenings
• Prepare employment offers and new hire documentation
• Support new hire onboarding and first-day orientation
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and reports
• Assist with additional HR and recruiting projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR, Recruiting Coordinator, or Talent Acquisition support experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; SuccessFactors experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
