Functional Tax Manager – Fully Remote (Global B2B SaaS) Are you a Senior Tax Associate looking to move out of public accounting and take ownership of a global tax function —without managing people? Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company and step into a strategic functional leadership role. What You’ll Do: Lead all aspects of corporate, payroll, and international tax compliance. Maintain strong relationships with external CPA firms and partner with finance, HR, and other teams to streamline processes. Manage cross-border transactions, VAT/GST, and Nexus/Sales & Use Tax compliance. Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and strategic treasury initiatives. What You Bring: 3–5 years of tax experience (CPA or pursuing CPA preferred). Public accounting background with corporate tax experience Knowledge of direct (income filing) and exposure to indirect tax (sales tax) including foreign entities.
