Functional Tax Manager – Fully Remote (Global B2B SaaS)
Are you a Senior Tax Associate looking to move out of public accounting and take ownership of a global tax function —without managing people? Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company and step into a strategic functional leadership role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all aspects of corporate, payroll, and international tax compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with external CPA firms and partner with finance, HR, and other teams to streamline processes.
- Manage cross-border transactions, VAT/GST, and Nexus/Sales & Use Tax compliance.
- Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and strategic treasury initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of tax experience (CPA or pursuing CPA preferred).
- Public accounting background with corporate tax experience
- Knowledge of direct (income filing) and exposure to indirect tax (sales tax) including foreign entities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
