Sales and Customer Service Specialist

Provide qualified support services for assigned customer groups and the sales organization throughout the order attainment and fulfillment process Implement and align service standards for quotation and contract management, price list management, and master data management Develop and implement internal interfaces for efficient end-to-end processes Analyze customer inquiries and complaints and coordinate corrective actions with involved departments Identify optimization areas and implement related projects involving sales, logistics, and suppliers Advise accountable stakeholders in the sales or supplier organization Requirements Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Three (3) years of Customer Service experience in an industrial product distribution or manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and supply chain processes is a plus Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with ability to read and analyze reports External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship Preferred: Bachelor's degree Preferred: Five (5) or more years of Customer Service experience in an industrial product distribution or manufacturing environment Preferred: Proficiency in SAP ERP software Preferred: Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Console software Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in customer service within industrial product distribution, focusing on order fulfillment, quotation management, and process optimization.
