Who You Are An experienced cook, ideally with prior banquet, hotel, or high-volume catering kitchen experience. Detail-oriented and composed under pressure, with a commitment to consistency and quality. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Organized, reliable, and accountable to the standards of a luxury property.
