Ramp Operations Lead

Pegasus Aviation Services, an Akima company, is seeking a Ramp Service Lead (CSR) in Alaska to oversee ramp operations for large cargo aircraft and manage a crew of up to 15 staff. You will ensure safety, perform weight and balance calculations, and supervise ground service activities at the ramp. The role reports to the Station Manager and requires excellent communication, resilience in harsh conditions, and willingness to work nights/weekends.
