Project Manager (Healthcare)

Remote with travel (this role will require travel to the client site every other week. Client is in the state of Vermont).

Duration of assignment: 6+ months.

$60.00-$70.00/hr on W2.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end revenue cycle with knowledge and experience with healthcare provider Electronic Health Record (EHR) and revenue cycle management systems.
• Manages engagement delivery against work plan; management of project tasks, risks, issues.
• Delivers high quality service and deliverables to clients and capabilities to assess, design and implement new operating model and initiatives at clients.
• Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders and performs qualitative and quantitative analysis of client operations and data to identify performance challenges and provide recommendations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned in future projects.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Health tech / vendor implementation experience.
• End-to-end Revenue Cycle experience (eg. Epic).
• Experience in Front End RCM (Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Patient Collections), Coding, CFB/DNFB.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare provider revenue cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to travel every other week to client site.
