Special Projects Manager - Clinic Operations

A healthcare organization is seeking a Special Projects Manager to support operational improvements across a network of Article 28 clinics.
Responsibilities Include:- Lead implementation of new operational systems across clinic sites
- Standardize processes and workflows throughout the organization
- Improve operational structure and consistency across locations
- Train staff and managers on new systems and procedures
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and organization
- Experience in healthcare or clinic operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience implementing operational systems and workflows
- Ability to train and guide teams through process changes
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset
