Requirements We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following: Experience providing day porter or daytime janitorial services (required) Ability to staff reliable personnel for consistent daytime coverage Strong communication and professionalism (client-facing role) Reliable transportation General liability insurance (required) Workers’ compensation coverage (as applicable) Preferred: Experience in office, medical, or institutional environments Ability to follow structured routines and checklists Strong attention to detail and responsiveness The Opportunity City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking professional Day Porter service providers to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients. We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing daytime support to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout business hours . This is a recurring, daytime service opportunity ideal for contractors who value consistent schedules, stable income, and long-term client relationships .
