We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing repair, maintenance, and small project work to keep operations running smoothly. This is an opportunity to access consistent, project-based and recurring work without the need to prospect, estimate cold, or chase payments. The selected contractor will provide general handyman and light maintenance services , including: Minor repairs (doors, hardware, fixtures, trim, drywall, etc.) Basic carpentry and installation work Ceiling tile replacement Light plumbing repairs (faucets, leaks, fixtures) Light electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets – as permitted) Furniture assembly and installation Preventative maintenance and general upkeep Work may include: Service calls, punch-list items, and small projects Multi-site commercial environments Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team Occasional urgent or time-sensitive requests You will be expected to deliver efficient, high-quality repairs with minimal disruption to operations.
