INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

Valid Business License (if necessary for the service type) Worker’s Compensation Insurance General Liability Insurance Federal EIN # Other verifiable business 18 years of age minimum Favorable background investigation results You can not be a sole proprietor The selected contractor will provide day porter services during active business hours , including: Maintaining cleanliness of high-traffic areas (lobbies, entrances, hallways) Restroom checks, cleaning, and restocking throughout the day Trash removal and liner replacement Light cleaning and touchpoint disinfection Spill response and basic safety upkeep Monitoring facility conditions and reporting issues Supporting client requests in real time (within scope) This role requires: Continuous presence on-site during scheduled hours Professional appearance and demeanor Awareness of surroundings and proactive service You will be expected to: Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable environment throughout the day Benefits We help you grow a real business - not just pick up extra work.
