Medical Device Assembler - 2nd Shift

Carlsbad, CA | $21.00 - $24.15/hr | Contract-to-Hire

Schedule

• Paid Training (Approx. 1 Month): Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Permanent 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble catheter-based medical devices under a microscope
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and GMP documentation requirements
• Use specialized assembly equipment, adhesives, and production tools
• Work in a cleanroom environment while maintaining quality standards
• Complete production and inspection documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Medical device, microscope, or cleanroom experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.15/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
