Job Description Labor ManagementData Entry & Migration:Accurately transferemployee,information from existingcommunity master schedulespreadsheets into the new scheduling software. Labor ManagementData Validation:Review data entries for accuracy (e.g., names,departments,job titles, master schedule). Scheduling System Support:Assistin setting upinitialcommunityprofiles. Scheduling/supporting team training as needed. Communication:Coordinate withOperations Specialistto resolve data discrepancies and verify schedulinginput is completeby the deadlines. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Level of Formal Education:Completion orpursuing a degree. Area of Study:Business, Operations Management, InformationSystemsor relatedfield. Type of Experience:Senior Living preferred by notrequired. Skills and Abilities: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Information Systems:Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus.
