Job Title: Reach/Turret/Counterbalance Forklift Operator (Hybrid) Location: Ellabell, GA Pay Rate: $19/hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team in Ellabell, GA. This hybrid role requires proficiency in operating reach trucks, turret trucks, and counterbalance forklifts to support daily distribution center operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining high productivity and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Safely operate reach trucks, turret trucks, and counterbalance forklifts Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Move products to designated storage areas, including put-away and replenishment Pick, stage, and prepare orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems Verify product accuracy, inspect for damages, and complete required documentation Stack, wrap, label, and organize pallets for storage and shipping Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate inventory Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Proven experience operating reach trucks, turret trucks, and counterbalance forklifts Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Previous work in high-bay racking environments preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Location/Region: Black Creek, GA #J-18808-Ljbffr
