Estamos buscando un Instalador de Paisajismo capacitado y confiable para unirse a nuestro equipo. Este puesto implica la instalación y mantenimiento de elementos de paisajismo como césped (sod), plantas, árboles, sistemas de riego, entre otros. El candidato ideal es trabajador, detallista y le gusta trabajar al aire libre.
Responsabilidades Principales:
Preparar los sitios de trabajo limpiando escombros, nivelando el suelo y organizando materiales.
Instalar césped (sod), mulch, plantas, árboles y otros elementos de jardinería.
Operar herramientas y equipos de paisajismo (por ejemplo, minicargadores, zanjadoras, compactadoras).
Ayudar con la instalación y solución de problemas de sistemas de riego.
Seguir planos de paisajismo e instrucciones de los supervisores.
Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro.
Comunicarse eficazmente con el equipo y los clientes.
Requisitos:
Experiencia previa en paisajismo o construcción.
Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras y trabajar al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climáticas.
Familiaridad con herramientas y equipos de paisajismo.
Licencia de conducir válida (preferido).
Transporte confiable.
Fuerte ética de trabajo y atención al detalle.
Bilingüe (inglés/español) es un plus.
