We are Northern Nevada’s oldest continuously running animal hospital.
What You’ll Do
Heavy client communication, both in person and over the phone in a busy environment.
General filing and scheduling of appointments.
Veterinary experience preferred, but not required.
Receive competitive pay, a 401(K), healthcare, PTO, Profit sharing, and a uniform allowance.
Work Monday through Friday, with weekends off.
Be a coach and mentor while also elevating staff members to perform at their best.
Provide the best experience for pets and their owners.

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) who not only has technical skills, but also has the right attitude, a desire to teach and learn, and a passion for positively contributing to our clients’ experiences and the growth of the business.
There is no typical day. We are built to make a difference for the clients who trust us with their pets and that means we must be responsive to their needs, not focused on our own.
