Role: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $21/hour
Assignment: September 1, 2026 – January 1, 2027
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, with one rotating Saturday per month
What You'll Do:
•Handle incoming customer calls, inquiries, and service requests in both call center and non-call center environments.
•Resolve first-tier and second-tier/escalated customer service issues.
•Verify customer contact and account information.
•Research customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
•Escalate complex issues to supervisors or field locations when necessary.
•Maintain logs, reports, records, and customer files.
•Investigate, track, and coordinate the resolution of customer issues.
•Make proactive outbound calls to identify and resolve account-related concerns.
•Support offshore call center teams with process-related or specialized inquiries.
•Answer billing questions and assist with billing issue resolution.
•Process and fulfill customer orders, track information, and follow up as needed.
•Recommend alternative products and services when appropriate.
•Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
•Follow company compliance, information security, and departmental procedures.
Requirements:
•1–2 years of related customer service experience.
•General knowledge of customer service practices and company products/services.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Ability to navigate computerized data-entry systems and other relevant software.
•Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
•Ability to follow established procedures while adapting to non-routine customer situations.
