Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $85,000 – $105,000 /year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign‑On Bonus : Up to $10,000 available in select locations! Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
