Park Team Member

Overview OBJECTIVE: Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members work with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time at Kids Empire. Responsibilities Attend to customers promptly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park ambiance. Operate the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an IPad. Operate the front cash counter: handle transactions accurately, manage cash flow, process payments (cash or card), and provide exact change when needed. Verify billing transactions on the POS and ensure accuracy. Organize and stock beverages, snacks, chips, and ice cream in the refrigerator; monitor snack inventory and coordinate with management to reorder from approved vendors. Walk the floor to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules, regulations, and guidelines. Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures). Assist and participate in family events and help ensure events operate efficiently. Other duties as assigned. Physical Demands Stand, walk, bend, and twist regularly. Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity. Work in noisy environments with children yelling and music. Work in a hectic and busy environment during scheduled hours. Be comfortable with heights and tight spaces. Qualifications Ability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to work with children. Operate an IPad. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and read/write in English.
