Storm Guard is hiring a dynamic full-time Outside Sales Rep who isn't afraid to own their territory, create strong client relationships, and proudly represent a local company that's making a real impact on the community!

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven person to join our Madison, WI team. With a competitive base salary, a proven sales structure, and commission on sales, you'll have an uncapped earning potential! Our entry-level sales reps often make $80,000+ in the first year alone, with experienced associates raking in $100,000 – $200,000+ annually!

YOUR FUTURE AS OUR OUTSIDE SALES REP:

Your goal is to connect with homeowners, promote our incredible company, and close profitable deals. We'll provide you with screened leads, premium products, and a proven sales process so you can focus on creating relationships, building rapport, and driving revenue. We set this entry-level role up for success; you just need to seal the deal!

You'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, inspect rooftops and home exteriors, and educate customers on how our company can serve them. You'll present proposals, address concerns, and encourage the customer to approve the deal. Your ambition and professionalism will reflect well on our company and your paycheck!

Outside Sales Rep Qualifications:

• Honest, driven, and coachable mindset
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Positive attitude with a motivation to excel
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in-person
