What You'll Do As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting office operations and ensuring exceptional service for both internal teams and external customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing accurate and helpful information in person, over the phone, and via email Performing clerical and receptionist duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing Maintaining and updating office records, expenses, and cost tracking documentation Supporting a positive office environment through teamwork and strong communication What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Front Office Representative, or similar role Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (required) Bilingual - English/Spanish Preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude Why Join Redi Services?
