Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner — HR

HME Specialists is seeking an HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for assigned business units. You will manage 20–30 requisitions, consult with hiring managers, and drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and track metrics to improve efficiency. You will guide leaders on interview practices and employment-law considerations, and oversee orientation plus 30/60/90-day onboarding follow-ups. #J-18808-Ljbffr HME Specialists
