As the Director of Human Resources at Bosque School, you will play a key leadership role in fostering an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing work environment. You will report directly to the Head of School and serve as a core member of the Leadership Team, partnering with school leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while implementing systems and practices that support our exceptional staffulty across the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to evaluation, benefits, and professional growth.
