Schedule & Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM First shift Location: Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry for prescriptions Contact patients and healthcare providers for prescription clarifications Fill and dispense medications according to provider orders, ensuring allergy checks Address patient questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and according to policy Deliver exceptional customer service to foster positive patient interactions Qualifications & Desired Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent retail pharmacy experience Familiarity with Pioneer Rx system preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills critical for patient and provider interactions Small, dedicated team including 1 pharmacist, 1 clean room technician, and 1 retail technician Low prescription volume, under 100 scripts per day, facilitating quality attention to accuracy and service This contract to hire opportunity is ideal for pharmacy technicians specialized in retail pharmacy looking to work in a focused, patient-centered environment with a supportive team.
