Opportunity SnapshotWe put the unity in "opportunity."Compensation: $27/hourLocation: Midland, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hourBenefits: Comprehensive with 401(k) program, PTO and HolidaysResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving individuals or delivering content to and from specific pointsPerform emergency/priority requests and any other client requests requiring transportationLoad and unload vehicles as required and verify accuracy of deliveries and pick-upsObserve traffic and parking regulations and makes daily inspection of assigned vehicle to insure proper maintenance and cleaning is performedObserve company safety and security proceduresPrepare and process all paperwork necessary to accomplish the above processesAdditional responsibilities include driving for senior corporate executives such as vice president and lead country managerDemonstrate adequate physical capabilities involving specialized driving techniques including the ability to maneuver the vehicle in the case of an emergencyAssist in overseeing pool vehicles & maintenance & repair healthMaintain /update record keeping for field / office vehicles for past due PM's, telematics, windshield repairs, fuel cards, safety inspections, and other items as neededMaintain /oversee oil changes, maintenance, and washes for pool vehicles and other assigned / departmental vehicles as needed. Coordinate & schedule vehicle repair schedules for field officesAssist in coordinating 'Traka' system faults / repairsVehicle walk arounds of pool vehicles to ensure safe vehicle operation orderMaintain / coordinate telematics device replacementCoordinate vehicle movement & pickup from dealerships & field sites. Receive and inspect vehicles for remarketing or incoming new vehiclesUpdate excel spreadsheet as neededOther driving duties as assignedQualificationsFluency in English communication, possess advanced knowledge of transportation route and directionPossess ability to perform basic maintenance of vehicleExcellent customer service skillsStrong driving recordDemonstrate a high-level of professionalism, discretion, punctuality and able to work under pressureHigh School diploma or GED requiredThe Bergaila Way:The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
