Obtain and maintain Milford-required forklift and telehandler operator qualification/certification within 90 days of employment unless a documented business-need exception is approved by management. Employees may not operate this equipment until required training is completed and company authorization is received. 4. Perform required pre-use inspections of forklifts, telehandlers, pressure-washing equipment, power tools, vehicles, and other assigned equipment and promptly report defects or unsafe conditions. 5. Do not use equipment, tools, chemicals, or machinery for which the employee has not been trained or authorized. 6. Immediately report injuries, spills, near misses, property damage, unsafe conditions, equipment damage, missing equipment, or suspected misuse of company assets. 7. Protect company vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, inventory, fuel, keys, access devices, and other assets from loss, damage, misuse, or unauthorized use. 8.
