Sea Island Land Development, a leading sitework and land development company based in Ravenel, SC serving the Lowcountry since 2016, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to act as the primary point of contact for employees, clients, subcontractors, and vendors while managing core front-office administrative operations to include keeping the main office organized and fielding inbound communication. 

What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, answer and route multi-line phone calls, and manage general company email inquiries
• Sort incoming mail, handle packages, and coordinate outgoing courier shipments
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems, assist with data entry, and order office supplies
• Distribute documents to field management 
• Reconcile trucking tickets/invoices weekly and provide reports to Project Management/Logistics
• Track basic compliance records, such as insurance certificates or standard contact forms
• Provide administrative support to managers when needed or requested
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience; background in a construction environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and strong verbal communication skills
