Performance Test Lead / Florida(Remote for now), 6+ Months Contract

Performance Testing Lead
JMeter, Load Runner, Dynatrace, JIRA, SQL, CloudTest experience is plus
• 5+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of experience in testing web based applications
• Strong leadership and mentoring qualities
Responsible for developing and executing formal Performance test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
Involve in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, Performance test execution and analysis of Performance test results.
Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.
Documents all problems and assists in their resolution.
Deliver quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners.
Perform quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed.
Experience in application performance monitoring to Analyze Performance of applications.
Involve in creating Dash boards to monitor Web Servers, Application servers.
