Marketing & Social Media Coordinator - Entry Level

Employment structure: Full-time Location: Austin, TX Experience level: Entry level; 0–2 years preferred Role Summary TESIM Electric is seeking a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator – Entry Level to help tell TESIM’s story and keep recruiting, project, and company communications active and organized. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What You’ll Do Draft and schedule approved social posts, hiring updates, and company announcements. Organize project photos, content calendars, contact lists, and basic performance reports. Support simple graphics, event materials, website updates, and recruiting campaigns. Coordinate approvals and ensure content is accurate, professional, and on brand. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or a portfolio is welcome. 0–2 years of social media, school, volunteer, retail, or marketing experience. Clear writing and comfort with LinkedIn, Canva, or similar tools. Good judgment, consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
