Forman/Processor Plastic Injection Molding

Title: Foreman / Processor - Plastic Injection Molding
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Duration: Fulltime Direct Hire Role
1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings
Sign-On Bonus: $8,000

Pay varies based on experience, shift, and qualifications. Shift differentials may apply for 2nd and 3rd shift.

Experience
5-10 years of plastic injection molding processing experience preferred.
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Foreman / Processor to support daily plastic injection molding operations, troubleshoot processing issues, lead shift activity, and help maintain production, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Set up, start up, and process injection molding machines
Troubleshoot molding defects and production issues
Support mold changes, material changes, and startups
Lead shift operators and coordinate daily production
Monitor quality, cycle times, scrap, and production output
Use calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools
Maintain shift reports and production documentation
Support safety culture, housekeeping, and continuous improvement

Qualifications
5-10 years of hands-on injection molding experience
Strong processing and troubleshooting skills
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tooling, machines, and auxiliary equipment
Ability to lead people in a fast-paced production environment
Basic math and measurement skills
Forklift experience preferred
