This role keeps our branch fleet, tools, and warehouse supplies running smoothly — tracking vehicle maintenance, coordinating downtime with dispatch, and supporting field technicians and branch leadership every day. What You'll Do Track scheduled maintenance for all branch trucks and vans, coordinate service scheduling with dispatch, and report estimated vehicle downtime to the Operations Manager. Conduct vehicle spot checks to verify safety equipment is present and functioning, ensure weekly DVIR compliance, and keep vehicles clean with accurate utilization reporting. Coordinate the vehicle breakdown and accident process and maintain compliance for vehicle registrations and required fleet documentation. Issue paperwork, wraps, GPS units, tools, and initial inventory stock to new fleet vehicles; check tools in and out with field staff and conduct quarterly tool audits. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of experience in fleet coordinating or management High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in MS Office with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and solid decision‑making under pressure. Clean motor vehicle record with an active, valid driver's license; able to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer. Able to lift to 50 lbs and handle prolonged standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling. Preferred but not required: experience with fleet management systems and/or Samsara software.
