COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Summary Manages homeowner associations for clients by performing the following duties personally or through supporting team members. Principal Responsibilities Manage and operate properties within established policies and procedures Oversee day-to-day management of single-family, townhome, and condominium associations Attend regular and special board meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with board members and homeowners Communicate regularly with boards to monitor satisfaction and address concerns Coordinate capital improvement projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met Serve as liaison between the board and homeowners Ensure homeowner compliance with established policies and procedures Review vendor contracts annually and secure competitive bids Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for vendor services Oversee vendor performance and compliance Prepare and present monthly financial reports to the board Provide weekly updates on property status and ongoing projects Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Monitor contracts, billing, reconciliations, and collection of dues Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards Supervise and support on-site staff as needed Required Education High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred CMCA designation preferred Required Experience 3+ years of community association management experience 3 years of administrative support experience3 years of customer service experience Desired Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills Ability to multitask and reprioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking and conflict management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret financial reports Team-oriented with the ability to work across all levels of an organization Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe products #J-18808-Ljbffr Gaughan Companies
