Salary: $250,000 - $375,000 per year A bit about us: We’re working with a fast-growing company that is expanding across construction, Civil, energy, and infrastructure. 2. Lead the appraisal and estimation processes, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in all bids.
3. Oversee the company's civil and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
4. Manage logistics and tracking processes, ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of resources.
5. Utilize Netsuite or equivalent software to track and analyze revenue data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
7. Navigate and negotiate complex deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of contract law and risk management.
8. Collaborate with the executive team to set company-wide strategy and goals, and work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
9. Monitor performance and report on metrics, including sales and revenue projections.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, particularly in the areas of construction, energy, and infrastructure. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior revenue-focused role in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in appraisal, estimation, civil and infrastructure construction, logistics, and tracking.
4. Proficiency in Netsuite or equivalent software.
5. Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills.
8. In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
9. Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus.
