This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with equipment, solving problems, and being part of a dependable production team. Responsibilities include: Set up, tear down, and complete equipment changeovers for production runs Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals Verify product and packaging specifications before each production run Monitor equipment performance and make minor mechanical adjustments as needed Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify opportunities to improve efficiency Communicate with production team members to help keep the line running smoothly Record equipment downtime and assist with line changeovers Report major equipment concerns to supervisors promptly Assist in other production areas as needed to support workflow Follow company safety policies, GMPs, SQF procedures, and standard operating procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work independently while contributing positively to the production team What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Basic computer skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Work Environment This position is in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires: Standing and walking for most of the shift Frequently lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds Rarely lifting up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, squatting, stooping, and reaching Occasional overhead reaching Occasional pushing and pulling up to 60 pounds What's In It For You While Working Through RSS Talent Partners: Weekly pay Optional health, dental, and vision insurance Referral bonuses Paid Holidays Vacation Bonus Support from a team that actually follows up and advocates for you RSS Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
