What You'll Do Your Responsibilities Include Checking out patients and reviewing provider recommendations Scheduling follow-up appointments Collecting payments and processing transactions Ordering laboratory kits and coordinating lab paperwork Processing supplement orders accurately and efficiently Managing patient portal messages and electronic communication Completing patient tasks within our electronic medical record (Cerbo) Coordinating prescription refill requests and provider communications Reviewing incoming lab results, faxes, and documents Working closely with providers to ensure seamless patient care Providing exceptional customer service with every patient interaction Going the extra mile to anticipate patient needs and create a five-star experience Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring tasks are completed promptly Who We're Looking For We're searching for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of medical office or medical receptionist experience Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical records Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to commute to Greenland, NH Experience with Cerbo EMR, laboratory coordination, supplements, or integrative medicine is a plus.
