Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 1st Shift Planer to join their team. As a 1st Shift Planer, you will be part of the production department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Planer

Location: Pevely, MO

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: 4 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Moving Styrofoam through the Planer, stacking, wrapping, and moving product with a forklift or by hand.
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
• Maintaining equipment and reporting any issues to supervisors.
• Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to work in a hot environment.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
