Route Service and Sales Technician

Pay or shift range: $23 USD to $25 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands‑on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. You will be trained to manage every aspect of over 130 restaurant customers doing business with us, to include: Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on‑site training Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service needs. What You’ll Gain: $70,000 - $78,000 annual earning potential (base pay + commission + overtime). Monday-Friday schedule working 7:30am-4:30pm with overtime opportunities.
